Interflora flower delivery for the entire world will be performed with your order in our floral shops according to special catalogue and specified international price list or by online visit to www.fleurop.com.
If you want to take over flowers, ordered online, on your address, you do not have to enter data on the receiver.
FLOWER DELIVERY IS EXECUTED WHEN:
- the receiver or person on receiver’s address takes over the flowers
- the receiver refuses to take over the flowers
- address or receiver’s data are not correct and it is impossible to find them in any way
Our flower deliverer will try everything to perform the delivery of ordered flowers in spite of possible incorrect receiver’s data.
If at the receiver’s address in the delivery time no one is at home, the delivery item will be given to the neighbors or the flowers will be deposited in front of the main entrance.
For impossible execution of flower delivery in spite of the effort to find the solution, we will notify you if you gave us your phone number or e-mail address.
If you want you can take over undelivered flowers personally at the place of delivery within 24 hours, if the distance is not an obstacle.

For flower delivery in hospitals, hotels, retirement homes, harbors, ships or offices, necessary data will be: title or name, address, phone number, room number, department number or name, and name and last name of the receiver.
